手术室护士下肢静脉曲张防护知识及措施应用的调查

摘　　要：目的调查手术室护士下肢静脉曲张的发生情况，防护知识和措施应用情况，以便为进一步的干预和提高防护水平提供依据。方法采用自设问卷的方法调查某三级甲等医院的手术室护士71人。结果研究对象中，有下肢静脉曲张症状者51人，占71．8％，其中双下肢的沉重感和酸胀感发生率较高；防护知识掌握较差者36人，占50．7％，其中弹力袜的压力分布、工作时的站姿、穿弹力袜的方法等防护知识掌握程度较低；没做防护措施或防护措施不足者61人，占85．9％，其中睡前按摩小腿、收缩小腿后部肌肉、参加体育锻炼的防护措施明显不足；不同工作时间、不同工作类别的手术室护士在防护知识掌握方面有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论手术室护士下肢静脉曲张症状的发生概率较高，防护知识掌握及措施应用不够到位，应进一步加强教育。Objective To survey the occurrence situation, prevention knowledge and measures of lower limbs varicosity of nurses in operation room, in order to provide the evidences for further intervene and improve the prevention knowledge. Methods 71 nurses in operation room of one hospital with Class Three First Level were surveyed using a self-designed questionnaire. Results Among the objects, 51 cases had the varicosity syndrome of lower limbs （71.8%） , wherein the occurrence rates of heaviness, swollen and acid feeling of double lower limbs were higher. 36 patients＇ prevention knowledge was poor （ 50. 7% ）, wherein the mastering degrees of the pressure distribution of stretch hose, the posture when working, the method of wearing stretch hose were lower. 61 eases had no prevention measures or deficient prevention measures （85.9%） , wherein the prevention measures such as massaging the lower legs before sleeping, shrinking the back muscle of lower legs and participating the physical exercises were obviously lacking. The nurses in operation room with different working times and work status had statistical meaning in the mastering situation of prevention knowledge （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions The occurrence probability of lower limbs varicosity of nurses in operation room is higher. The mastering status of prevention knowledge and the application of measures are poor, so it is should be strengthened.
