乳腺癌病人实施住院费用包干制的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解乳腺癌单病种费用包干的应用现状，分析乳腺癌手术病人医疗费用情况，为医疗保险机构提供有价值的参考依据。方法对收治的乳腺癌手术病人，按照不同的支付方式分为单病种医保费用包干组（实验组）50例和非医保病人50例（对照组）进行住院费用调查与分析。结果实验组的人均住院费用中的平均住院日、候手术日、药品费、化验费、检查费、治疗费、材料费、床位费、护理费均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论乳腺癌病人实施单病种限价收费的医疗制度基本合理。Objective To get the application situation of contract system of single sort disease cost in breast cancer, and to analyze the cost of patients who underwent the breast cancer surgery, so as to provide the valuable references to the medical insurance agencies. Methods Breast cancer surgical patients from Jan 2006 to Oct 2007 were randomly divided into the group of medical insurance cost contract for single sort disease （ the experiment group） and the nun-medical insurance group （the control group） according to the different payment modes, with 50 cases in each group. Then their hospitalization costs in hospital were investigated and analyzed. Results In the experiment group, the mean hospitalization day, the mean day waiting for operation, medicine cost, medical test cost, examination cost, treatment cost, medical material cost, bed cost and nursing cost were all lower than those in the control group. Through the T test, the differences had statistic meanings （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The medical system of limited price charge for single sort disease in breast cancer patients is mostly reasonable.
