腹腔镜下膀胱全切、回肠膀胱术围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下膀胱全切、回肠膀胱术的围手术期的护理。方法行腹腔镜下膀胱全切、回肠膀胱术17例，采取心理护理、肠道准备、生命体征监测、引流管护理、活动训练、饮食控制、造口指导等围手术期系统护理策略进行护理。结果17例患者术后恢复顺利，无并发症发生。结论该围手术期系统护理策略对腹腔镜下膀胱全切、回肠膀胱术是一种有效的护理方法。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of the patients with laparoscopic radical cystectomy （LRC） and Bricker operation. Methods 17 patients underwent LRC and Bricker operation. We used systematic nursing measures, including psychological nursing, intestine preparing, monitoring of vital signs, nursing of drainage tubes, exercises of movement, food controlling and stoma instruction. Results All patients recovered successfully, and had no complications. Conclusions The systematic nursing methods are effective for the patients of laparoscopic radical cystectomy （LRC） with Bricker operation.
