摘 要:目的探索低场开放式磁共振仪外周血管磁共振血管成像(MRA)成像方法的改进;评价其在外周血管闭塞性疾病中的临床应用价值。方法21例患者同时接受低场MRA与数字减影血管成像(DSA)或静脉血管X线造影检查,并对两种检查结果进行对照研究。结果21例病例共观察了148支血管,MRA发现37支血管狭窄或闭塞,DSA或静脉血管X线造影检查共发现33支血管狭窄或闭塞。与DSA或静脉血管X线造影对照,MRA检查对外周血管闭塞性疾病诊断的灵敏度为87.9%,特异度为93.0%。经统计学分析MRA检查与DSA或静脉血管X线造影检查诊断效能之间的差异无统计学意义。结论低场MRA能了解外周血管闭塞性疾病的程度、位置,对临床治疗提供重要的参考信息。Objective To explore modified method of low field MRA for peripheral blood vessel and to evaluate the usefulness of low field MRA as compared with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in peripheral vascular occlusive diseases, Methods 21 patients underwent low field MRA and angiography, and their results were compared. Results 21 patients with a total of 148 branches of blood vessels were studied, 37 branches of them were stenosed or occluded in MRA and 33 of them were stenosed or occluded in angiography, The sensitivity and specificity of low field MRA were 87.9% and 93.0% respectively. The difference between low field MRA and angiography was not statistically significant. Conclusion Low field MRA can detect the degree and locality of peripheral vascular occlusive diseases and provide important information for clinical treatment.
