摘 要:利用直流电场诱导银离子向硅酸盐玻璃基片内部扩散,并进行后续热处理。采用透射电镜观察玻璃基片中纳米颗粒形貌,测量了样品的吸收光谱和光致发光谱。结果表明:随着对玻璃基片热处理时间的延长,吸收峰的强度有明显的增强,峰的位置稍有蓝移,并在410nm附近出现明显的等离子共振吸收现象;玻璃基体中出现尺寸为小于10nm的银单晶颗粒。电场诱导银离子扩散后的玻璃在277nm与325nm光激发下,发光峰分别在380nm和440nm附近,其发光强度随着电场强度的增加呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势。Silver-silicate glass was prepared by electric field-assisted diffusion of silver ions into the silicate glass followed by thermal annealing in air. The optical absorption and photoluminescence spectra of the silver-silicate glasses were measured. The morphology of the silver nanoparticles in silver-silicate glasses was observed by transmission electron microscopy. The results indicate that with the prolonging of the thermal annealing time, the intensity of the absorption peaks increases distinctly and the position of the absorption peaks exhibits a blue shift. A surface plasma resonance peak is located at a wavelength near 410 nm. There are silver mono-crystals with an average particle radius below 10 nm in the annealed silver-silicate glasses. The emission spectra of the as-diffused sample excited with light of 277 and 325 nm, respectively, exhibits two broad bands centered at about 380 and 440nm, and the luminous intensity for both exhibits the phenomenon of first rising and followed by falling with the increase of the electric field intensity.
