摘 要:为加深对弓形虫病发病机理和病变特点的了解,用RH株、B36株和Fukaya株三种弓形虫株分别感染小鼠,用组织学和免疫组化方法对感染后各脏器病变进行系统观察,并着重对早期改变进行分析和比较。结果表明三种虫株引起的改变在病变程度和范围上有所不同,但无质的差异。病变程度可能与虫株在宿主内的繁殖能力有关。To explore the pathogenesis of Toxoplasmosis and understand the pathologic features,mice were infected by 3 strains of Toxoplasma gondii, viz. RH, B3, and Fukaya respectively, and the pathological changes in different organs of the animals at different intervals post infection were observed with routine histological and immuno-histochemical staining. The main focus was on the early stage, and comparison were made with the changes induced by different strains. The study demonstrated that the nature of pathological changes evoked by the 3 different strains of T. gondii were primarily the same with the only difference in the intensity and scope of the local involvement, whereas the degree of pathology was likely to be closely related to the capability of multiplication of the parasite strain.
