摘　　要：目前各银行与不同的运营商合作,采用的终端技术各不相同,从而导致各银行开展移动网银业务的技术规则和技术标准不同。针对这一弊病,本文探讨了基于手机信息的移动网银安全平台软件的构架与设计。该方案能够支持多家移动通讯运营商、多家银行系统以及多种应用,是一种更具适应能力和更加综合的移动网银安全平台的解决方案。Towards the problem of using different technological regulations and standards and different terminal techniques when banks make transactions with different dealers, this paper has a discussion of software architecture and design of mobile net-bank secure platform based on SMS. The solution can support different mobile communication and dealer and different bank systems and more ap- plications. It is a mobile net-bank solution with better adaptability and better combination property.
