摘　　要：讨论了如何应用9针的串行端口RS232C通过编程器建立上位机PC和EEPROM之间的通信。详细阐述了自定义帧格式的设计、程序流程、主要函数和代码的实现。This paper analyzes how to use the serial port of 9-pin RS232C to proceed the communication between PC as a host-computer and EEPROM, And then, the design of User-defined frame format, program flow, principle function and code implementation are illustrat- ed in detail.
