摘 要:取天津西青区小南河村和东丽区永和村池塘底泥于室内,采用调pH值、加沸石的处理,培养1个月后,进行了底泥中磷的吸附与解吸分析。结果表明,供试底泥磷的吸附过程符合Langmuir方程,在低磷浓度下3个池塘底泥吸磷能力较强,随着磷浓度的增大吸磷能力减弱。不同处理底泥对磷的吸附能力不同,其中沸石处理对磷的吸附量最大,吸附平衡常数也最高。3个池塘底泥对磷的解吸趋势也是一致的,即解吸量随着浓度的增加而增加,而后逐步趋于平稳。其中沸石处理磷的解吸量明显低于pH和CK处理。Sediment of pond in a village of Tianjin was cultured for one month with treatment of regulating pH and adding zeolite to determine adsorption and desorption of phosphorus in the sediment. Results indicated that adsorption process of phosphorus in the sediment was in accordance with equation of Langmuir. When concentration of phosphorus was low, adsorption ability of phosphorus in three ponds was high. With an increase of phosphorus concentration, adsorption of phosphorus decreased. Different treatment had a various influence on adsorption of phosphorus, with zeolite in the highest absorption. Sediment tendency of three ponds was coincident. With an increase of concentration of phosphorus, ability of desorption increased, and then tended to balance, with desorption quantity of phosphorus for treatment of zeolite lower than that in the treatment of pH or CK.
