摘　　要：将流媒体技术运用到B/S视频监控系统中,实现远程监控。本文首先介绍了基于流媒体技术的视频监控系统的整体框架和各个组成部分的功能;其次详细阐述了视频监控系统中流媒体的编解码、RTP传输等关键技术的应用;最后在综合上述技术的基础上,完成了客户端插件的开发,并得到较好的应用效果。Apply the streaming media technology to the system of B/S video surveillance, and achieve the long-distance surveillance. In this paper, Firstly,introduce the whole framework of the video surveillance system based the streaming media technology and the function of each part. Secondly emphasize the application of codec and RTP transmission which are the key technology of streaming media in the video surveillance system .Thirdly,in the foundation of synthesizing the above technology ,develop the client ActiveX and obtain a better effect.
