摘　　要：为实现实时数据的远程采集与显示,设计了基于Modbus协议和RS-485总线为基础的智能数据采集模块,能够采集PT100信号或4-20mA的工业标准信号。其硬件系统主要由单片机、A/D转换、通信、存储、电源、输入输出显示及复位看门狗等模块组成。该系统可存储设置的参数,采集现场的模拟量,转换为数字量进行运算处理,与上位机通信功能强大,功耗小、抗干扰能力强,接入方便,适用于一般的工业现场,满足用户不同的需求。In order to achieve real-time remote data acquisition and display, an Intelligent Data Acquisition Module based on the Modbus protocol and RS-485 bus is designed, which is capable of gathering PT100 signal or the 4-20 mA industry standard signal. Its hardware system mainly consists of the MCU, the AID converter, and the modules for communication, storage, power supply, I/O display and reset watchdog, etc. It can save pre-defined parameters, gather the analog data on-site and convert them into digital data for processing, with rich communication functions to the main computer, Its low power consumption, strong anti-interference ability and easy integration options make the system perfect for deployment in general industrial sites to meet various user needs .
