摘　　要：本文介绍了由Maxim公司推出的8通道、多量程、12位的高速数据采集芯片的主要性能和特点,并结合在MSW-YD4数字式皮革收缩温度检测仪中的应用介绍了MAX197与AT89S52单片机的接口电路、信号采集电路、及基于单片机C语言的编程。MAX197 is 8 channels, multi-range and 12-bit high speed data-acquisition system by made of Maxim Integrated. The article aimed for introducing the main characteristic and performance of MAX197. Introduced the interface circuit of MAX197 and SCM AT89S52 and the circuit of signal acquisition and the programming based C language for SCM combined the application on the MSW-YD4 digital Detection Instrument for Shrinking Temperature of Leather.
