摘 要:为了解决热电偶、热电阻、红外热辐射等测温方法存在的只能逐点测量,响应时间长,无法得到整个温度场的温度信息等问题。提出利用彩色CCD摄象器件,按比色测温原理建立一套不需参考点的非接触高温物体表面温度场测量方法,并对比色测温算法进行了改进。试验结果表明,改进后的比色算法使Trg的最大绝对误差由58K减少到24K,最大相对误差由3.631%减少到1.534%,能够满足一般工业生产标准,具有对环境适应性强、测量范围宽和非接触测量等一系列特点,有着较强的研究价值和广泛的应用前景。In order to resolve the problems of the method of thermocouple,thermoresistance,infrared-thermoradiate that what they can do is to measure point-by-point and the response time is too long ,what' s more these methods can not get the information of the whole temperature field .This paper bring forward a plan which use the color CCD image devices to measure the temperature of hightemperature object surface without touching it ,these devices works under the theory of colorimetric temperature measurement and without reference points .This method improved the algorithm of eolorimetric temperature measurement . The experiment result show that the improved colorimetric temperature measurement make the maximal absolute error of Trg reduced from 58K to 24K and the maximal relative error of Trg reduce from 3.631% to 1.534%, it can satisfy general standard of industry production and it has a series of characteristics, for example , strong adaptability about environment ,wide measure range , non-contact gauging and so on .This method has strong study value and extensive application prospect .
