摘 要:目的探讨年龄、性别、心率对健康中小学生Q-T间期的影响。方法比较1886例健康中小学生按年龄、性别和心率分组的Q-T间期和Q-TC间期。结果不同年龄组Q-T间期6~9岁与14~17岁组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);Q-TC间期差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。不同性别组除6~9岁组Q-T间期男性大于女性(P<0.05)外,Q-T间期、Q-TC间期差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。不同心率组Q-T间期和Q-TC间期差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);Q-T间期与心率呈高度负相关(r=-0.584,P<0.01),而Q-TC间期与心率呈高度正相关(r=0.407,P<0.01)。结论健康中小学生Q-T间期和Q-TC间期均显著受心率的影响,年龄和性别对Q-T间期有一定的影响。Objective To explore the influence of age, gender and heart rate on QT interval in healthy primary and secondary school students. Methods QT and QTc intervals were measured and compared between different age, gender and heart rate groups in 1,886 healthy primary and secondary school students. Results QT interval was significantly and QTc interval was not significantly different between 6-9 year group and 14 -17 year group (P〈 0.0 5, P〉0.05). Except QT interval was significantly longer in male than female in 6-9 year group (P〈0.05), there was no significant difference of QT and QTc intervals between different gender groups( P〉 0.05). Both QT and QTc intervals were significant difference between different heart groups (P〈0.01). There was a negative relation between QT interval and heart rate (r =-0.584,P〈0.01) and a positive relation between QTc interval and heart rate (r =0.407, P〈0.01). Conclusion QT and QTc intervals of healthy primary and secondary school students are obviously influenced by heart rate.
