摘 要:水的浊度去除效果是短管填料性能研究的重要内容。提出短管填料基本特性指标有效水平投影表面积比,通过建立数学统计计算模型,计算出在短管填料随机堆满的状态下,有效表面积比λe=0.5。以此为基础推导出短管填料有效面积增加倍数ke、填料床出口处的剩余浊度和水的浊度综合去除率计算公式,为短管填料对浊度去除的理论分析提供了基础。并根据"浅池"理论,设计出平流条件下的填料床试验装置和试验方案,试验结果与理论分析吻合很好。研究成果对今后的研究具有较强的理论意义。The removal efficiency of turbidity is the main research content when studying the characteristics of the fillers. An basic characteristic parameter of stub tube fillers, the effective horizontal projective surface area ratio (Ae), was presented. One numerical model was developed, and the calculated effective surface areaAe was 0. 5 when the fillers were filled up into the packed bed at random. Based on that, the calculation formulas for the multiplicational time of effective surface area (Ke), and residual turbidity at the outlet point, and the integrated removal rate of turbidity, were also deduced, which provide basis for the theoretical analysis of the removal of turbidity using stub tube fillers. According to shallow pond theory, the packed bed and the experimental plan under advectional flow conditions were designed. Analytical solutions are compared favorably with experimental data. The research results have theoretical meanings for the further study of the related topics.
