摘  要:随着分子器件的测量和制备技术不断突破,揭示电子输运机制的理论也得到了很大的发展。本文将纳米分子器件的电极和分子本体作为一个系统,考虑入射电子在原子电极和分子本体中的传导,根据量子理论,得出了系统的电流密度函数模型。这一理论模型把3个区域上的不同量子态完整地表达在一个方程里,符合物理学基本原理,可以系统地用来研究纳米分子器件的电子输运特性。With the cease breakthrough in measure and preparation technical of nano molecular, it has made headway in the theories that open out the mechnism of electron transmission. Nano molecular devices with two electrodes and a molecular body are assumed as a system, after considering the incident electron transport through the electrodes and the molecular body, transmit through the interfaces between the electrodes and molecular. Based on quantum theories, the system function of electric current denity be we can educed. This theoretical mode which describes the quantum states in three regions of the two-terminal molecular device in one equation agrees well with the general physical approach. It can be used to research the quantum transmission property of the nano molecular devices.
