摘　　要：针对煤炭业信息化建设过程中,运用SPCOMM控件在Delphi平台下开发的计量监控系统,在采集RS-232C串口数据时与SDK2500视频采集卡发生硬件冲突而引起串口数据采集异常现象,提出了有效的解决方案,为企业在信息化实施过程中因系统升级而遇到的相关问题提供了参考。With the developing of information technology, different digital equipments are integrated and used in different industries, but at the same time they may have the problem of hardware conflict, about a module which is used in a weight and monitoring system, it is designed by using Delphi and the SPCOMM control. It can receive the weight data from the RS-232C and solve the problem of hardware conflict betweenRS -232C and SDK2500. By using this module, other industry may solve the similar problem when they update the old system.
