摘　　要：在基于Struts的Web开发中,我们国家的程序员常常会遇到从表单提交的数据出现汉字乱码问题,以致耗费大量的时间、精力于其上。分析了Web应用开发过程中产生中文乱码的原因,阐述通常解决从表单提交的数据出现汉字乱码的方法以及这种方法的不足之处,并针对此不足之处给出了基于Servlet过滤器解决表单提交数据乱码问题。In the process of Web development based on Struts, programmers frequently encounter the Chinese disorderly code problem in form submission, which costs a lot of time and energy on it. The reason of Chinese disor- derly encoding＇s analysed, generated in the process of developing Web applications, the common method of resolve the problem＇s given, as well as the shortage of this kind of method, and aimed at this shortage of place ,a method of resolve the problem based on the servlet Filter.
