摘　　要：根据明胶生产提胶工序的具体工艺和生产控制要求,运用SIEMENS公司的WinCC组态软件实现了提胶工序监控系统的设计。阐述了系统组成、上位机软件的设计与实现功能。该系统已投入运行,实践证明该系统功能强大,稳定可靠,满足了现代工业监管的要求。According to the process requirements of concrete technics and production control in gelatin extraction,the Siemens WinCC configuration software is applied to practical use to realize the design of extracting monitoring system.The passage elaborates the composition of system,the functions of upper computer＇s design and realization as well.The system has been put into practical use,and it turned out that the system is powerful and steady,which will definitely meet the future demands of modern industrial supervision.
