摘 要:本文制备了大孔聚乙烯醇树脂,固定8种胺化试剂作为配基,制备了一系列胆红素吸附剂。通过体外静态和动态吸附实验对胆红素吸附性能进行了系统的评价。结果表明,该类吸附剂对胆红素具有较高的吸附效率和吸附容量,其中以三甲胺、三乙胺和1,6-己二胺为配基的吸附剂吸附效果最佳,在30min内可达到吸附平衡,对胆红素的清除率达到80%以上。吸附机制以静电作用和疏水作用为主,呈单分子层物理吸附。该吸附剂具有良好的临床应用前景。The authors prepared macroporous polyvinyl alcohol beads in the present study, A series of bilirubin adsorbents were generated by immobilization of 8 amine agents to the beads as ligands. The adsorption of bilirubin was evaluated by in vitro static and dynamic adsorption tests. The results show that these adsorbents had excellent adsorption efficiency and capacity. Among the eight ligands for example, trimethylamine (TMA), triethylamine (TEA) and 1 ,6-hexanediamine(HDA) , showed the highest adsorption capacity. The adsorption equilibrium can be achieved in a half hour, and the adsorption rate of bilirubin was up to 80%. Static electricity and hydrophobic interaction play an important role in bilirubin adsorption, and the adsorption was found to match the monolayer model. The excellent adsorption of these adsorbents indicates their potential in clinical treatment.
