摘　　要：目的减少老年患者透析过程中不良反应的发生,对症处理及护理。方法选取我院2003年至今的40例老年患者,对其透析过程及护理进行观察。结果由于防范措施及时对症处理到位,均能顺利进行血透到结束。Objective Decrease the incidence of side-effect in the process of dialysis to the elderly patients through expectant treatment and nursing care. Methods To observe dialysis process and nursing methods for 40 elderly patients as the chosen samples from 2003 till now. Results The dialysis goes well owing to timely preventive measures and expectant treatment.
