摘 要:①目的探讨双黄冲剂对骨折愈合和活血的影响作用。②方法选用日本大耳白兔32只,雌雄各半,造成左桡骨中上段的骨折模型,术后不做任何固定。于术后第2天随机分为4组,并开始灌胃给药:模型对照组、阳性对照组(跌打丸组)、双黄冲剂低剂量组和双黄冲剂高剂量组。各组动物于给药后28天腹主动脉放血处死,收集血液取血清进行降钙素、骨钙素、生长素检测及血流动力学检测;取左上肢仔细剔除附着的肌肉等组织,保留骨膜及骨痂;以骨折间隙为中心两端各保留0.5~1cm,投入10%中性福尔马林溶液中固定,脱钙,石蜡包埋,行HE染色。③结果与模型对照组比较,双黄冲剂组骨折愈合情况较好,全血黏度值降低,血清中生长素、降钙素及骨钙素含量增加,且随剂量增加而升高;与阳性对照组相近。④结论双黄冲剂能调控血中生长素、骨钙素和降钙素,改善骨折后血流动力学,可能通过影响兔骨折愈合过程中软骨内成骨,增加成骨细胞活性,促进钙在细胞内沉积,促进骨痂形成及骨折愈合。Objective To study the effect of Shuanghuang granule on fracture healing and promoting blood flow. Methods Left radial fracture models in upper and middle stage of 32 Japanese rabbits, whose sex ratio was 1 : 1, were made and treated nothing. Animals were randomly divide into four groups and given medicines on second day after operation: (1)model group (2)positive control group (3)Shuanghuang granule low - dose group (4)Shuanghuang granule high - dose group. Animals in each group were executed after 28 days,blood was collected to examine serum calcitonin,BGP,growth hormone and hemorheology and the left radial was collected to keep bone membrane and bone scab, and reservations periosteal bone callus were fixed in 10% formalin,decalcificated, embedded in paraffin and stained by HE. Results Compared with model group, the condition of fracture healing in Shuanghuang granule group was better, whole blood contrast viscosity was decreased, while serum calcitonin, BGP and growth hormone were increased as Shuanghuang granule increased, and which were close to positive control group. Conclusion The Shuanghuang granule could accommodate serum calcitonin, BGP and growth hormone and make better hemodynamics after fracture. It might affect fracture healing process within the cartilage into bone, increasing bone activity, promoting calcium aggradation and fracture healing.
