摘　　要：2型糖尿病多合并血脂紊乱,典型血脂谱为高三酰甘油血症,接近正常水平的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平降低,小而密的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高。越来越多的研究证实,血脂紊乱在2型糖尿病的发生发展中起重要的作用,脂毒性导致β细胞凋亡及胰岛素抵抗,而血糖升高又加重了血脂紊乱,本文回顾了近几年来对其机制的研究进展。Disorder of blood-fat ofen appears in type 2 diabetes mellitus, the typical spectra of bloob fat is high triacylglycerol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol nears normal level, decreased high density lipoprotein cholesterol and increased low density lipoprotein cholesterol. Accumulated investigations approved that disorder of blood-fat plays an important role in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Lipotoxicity can induce β cell apoptosis and insulin resistance, moreover hyperglycaemia aggravates the disorder of blood-fat ,this article reviews advancement about its mechanism of action in recent years.
