摘　　要：目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡情况,为临床应用桂枝茯苓丸治疗肿瘤提供理论依据。方法通过流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡情况。结果通过流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡情况发现,桂枝茯苓丸使荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞凋亡数目明显多于模型组,出现亚二倍体峰(Ap峰)。结论桂枝茯苓丸能够诱导瘤细胞凋亡,起到抑瘤作用。Objectine To debate the tumor apoptosis induced by GFW in order to provide reference for clinical application of GFW in treating tumor. Met.hods Cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. Results Results showed that GFW could result in more obvious tumor apoptosis of tumor - bearing mice than that of control group bearing sub-diploid （Ap manimum）. Conculsion GFW can inhibit the tumor by inducing tumor apoptosis.
