摘　　要：目的探讨一种新型自锁髓内钉内固定系统治疗下肢长管状骨骨折的疗效。方法采用新型自锁髓内钉内固定系统治疗下肢长管状骨骨折30例。结果经4～12个月随访,骨折全部愈合,无严重并发症发生。结论自锁髓内钉内固定具有微创、操作简单、固定强度大、实用等优点。Objective To debate the effect of a new type self-locking intramedullary nail to treat long bone fracture at lower limbs. Methods To treat 30 patients with long bone fracture at lower limbs by using a new type self-locking intramedullary nail. Results All patients with fracture were all have a good healing without severe complication for following-up about 4 - 12 months. Conclusion Self-locking intmmedullary nail has excellences of microinvasive, simple operation,strong fixation and practicability.
