摘　　要：自正式引入QFII制度以来,我国的证券市场飞速发展,QFII的投资规模和投资额度不断扩大,本文对5年来QFII投资状况进行系统总结,对QFII投资中存在的主要问题展开分析,并提出相应的完善QFII制度的对策建议。Since China formally introduces the QFII system, the securities market has been fast developing. At the same time, the investment scope and quotas of the QFII is enlarging. This paper draws systemic conclusion for the last 5 years QFII investment, analyzes the main problems of QFII investment, and provides the corresponding countermeasure suggestions for QFII system improvement.
