摘  要:通过对环件冷辗扩变形前后组织的对比实验和热处理后显微硬度的测定,探讨了冷辗扩变形对环件微观组织及淬回火后力学性能的影响,发现冷辗扩加工过程使环件组织中的碳化物颗粒更加细小、均匀,从而对环件热处理后综合力学性能的提高有一定的帮助。通过分析认为冷碾过程主要影响了淬回火过程中碳化物的溶解速度,造成变形与未变形组织中马氏体含量的差异,而显微硬度的变化趋势正好反映了这种差异。By comparing the microstructures of rings before and after deformation and measuring the values of microhardness after heat treatment, the effects of cold ring rolling deformation on microstructure of rings and its mechanical property after quenching and tempering were discussed. The carbide particles in the structure of ring axe found smaller and more even in the process of cold rolling, and so the general mechanical property improves after heat treatment. The analysis shows that the process of cold rolling mainly influences the velocity of carbides dissolution during the period of quenching and tempering and leads to different proportion of martensite between deformed and undeformed structure. The changing trend of microhardness exactly presents the distinction.
