摘  要:在实验室条件下,研究了微量Cr对中锰球铁组织和性能的影响。结果表明:中锰球铁加入微量铬以后,碳化物明显粒化,数量增加,马氏体组织和力学性能改善。在生产条件下,利用含微量Cr的中锰球铁生产的强制式混泥土搅拌机衬板,经过三年跟踪考察发现,其使用寿命比中锰球铁提高了30%~40%。In laboratory conditions,the effects of microelement Cr on the microstructure and property of medium-Manganese ductile iron were studied. The results show that the microelement Cr can refine carbides, increase the amount of the carbides, improve the martensite structure and mechanical properties of medium-manganese ductile iron. In production conditions,using the medium-manganese ductile iron with microelement Cr in the scaleboard product of mandatory concrete mixer,after three years follow-up inspection, the medium-manganese ductile iron with microelement Cr is increased by 30%-40% than medium-manganese ductile iron in useful life.
