摘　　要：分析了某规格方盒件的形状特点,建立了回弹研究的有限元模型。选用三种毛坯材料分别进行模拟分析,得到了方盒件拉深结束时和修边后的回弹规律,最终确定回弹量从小到大的顺序是DQSK、HSLA350、铝合金。针对这一结论又进一步进行了理论评价。The feature of certain square box was analyzed, and the FE model for spring-back analysis was set up. Then the simulations of various materials were performed, based on which the distribution of stress after drawing and springing were achieved respectively. The order of spring-back amount from small to large is DQSK, HSLA350, aluminum alloy. Furthermore the theory appraisal in view of this conclusion was evaluated.
