摘 要:为了更好地将遗传算法应用于圆筒型直线感应电机的优化设计中,分析了遗传算法的优点和局限性,针对其优化设计电机效果不显著的缺点,提出了将遗传算法与有限元法相结合来提高电机性能的方法。首先设计了4种初级槽形不同的电机,用有限元法对其进行了瞬态磁场分析,得出了电机在不同槽形下所产生的电磁推力。将产生电磁推力最大的槽形代替原电机槽形,用遗传算法对变换槽形后的圆筒型直线感应电机进行整体优化设计。结果表明:电机的各项性能有所提高,该优化设计方法效果比较理想。In order to apply genetic algorithm (GA) more efficiently to the optimum design of tubular linear induction motor (TLIM), the merit and the shortcoming of GA were analyzed. Aiming at the deficiency of the optimal design results, a new thought of combining GA with finite element method(FEM) was provided to improve the performance of TLIM. Four motors with different slot shapes were designed and analyzed in transient magnetic field by FEM, finally the TLIM whose slot shape had been substituted by the one that generated maximal electromagnetic thrust was designed optimization by GA. The optimization results show that the performances of TLIM have been improved; the method of this optimization design is practicable and effective.
