摘 要:研究了以城市污泥和湿排粉煤灰为主要原料,掺入少量助熔剂,在1050℃下烧制得到具有良好力学性能和保温隔热性能的轻质墙体材料,通过对不同配比制品的性能测试及影响性能的主要因素分析,确定了原料的最佳配比及合理的工艺方法。试验结果表明,城市污泥掺量30%,湿排粉煤灰掺量65%,助熔剂A掺量5%时,砖的抗压强度达到26.7MPa,表观密度1200kg/m3左右,导热系数为0.1706W(/m·K),可满足冬冷夏热地区自保温承重墙体的要求。High-strength lightweight sintered brick with excellent thermal insulation and mechanical property was made using municipal sludge and wet fly ash as main raw materials and adding small amount of fluxing agent sintered under 1050℃. By performance test of products with different mixing ratio and analysis of main factors affecting the performance,the optimum mix proportion of the raw materials and rational process were determined. The result shows that when 30% of municipal sludge,65% of wet fly ash and 5% of fluxing agent A are used,the compression strength of the sintered brick is 26.7 MPa, the apparent density is about 1200 kg/m^3,the thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.1706 W/(m.K),which can meet the demand of load bearing wail of self thermal insulation system in regions of cold in winter and hot in summer.
