摘  要:研究了新型抗水分散和抗水溶蚀双液注浆材料的工作性能及胶凝性能,探讨了各项性能的主要影响因素。研究结果表明:浆液流动性优异,可达到自流平;稳定性良好,析水率为零;凝胶时间在几秒到几十分钟可调,固结性能良好,结石率接近100%,结石体抗压强度28d可达20MPa;工作性能及胶凝性能主要影响因素有水玻璃模数、掺量以及A液水灰比、粉煤灰掺量等。The workability and gelling performance of new two-shot grouting material with anti-aqueous dispersion and anti-aqueous solubility were studied, and main influencing factors of every performance were discussed. The results indicated that the serous fluid has good stability and fluidity to reach self leveling, sweating rate is zero:the gel time can be adjusted in few seconds to several dozens minutes;consolidation is good and stone rate is close to 100%;the compression strength of stone body can be up to 20 MPa under the condition of standard curing for 28 days. The main influencing factors of workability and gelling performance include modulus and mixes of sodium silicate, water cement ratio and amount of fly ash.
