清热祛湿通痹法对急性痛风性关节炎IL-1、IL-6、IL-8的影响

摘　　要：目的:为了解清热祛湿通痹法(秦蜂汤合消炎止痛膏)对急性痛风性关节炎细胞因子(IL-1、IL-6、IL-8)的影响,探讨清热祛湿通痹法治疗机理。方法:将急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(73例)和对照组(31例),分别用清热祛湿通痹法和秋水仙碱治疗1周后,观察两组临床症状和IL-1、IL-6、IL-8的状况,并进行统计分析。结果:治疗组和对照组临床治愈率分别为87.67%和70.37%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后的IL-1、IL-6、IL-8分别为(41.3±6.1)pg.ml-1、(65.4±8.7)pg.ml-1、(38.1±5.7)pg.ml-1和(17.6±8.5)pg.ml-1、(42.4±7.3)pg.ml-1、(21.5±8.6)pg.ml-1,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后的IL-1、IL-6、IL-8分别为(42.7±5.7)pg.ml-1、(62.8±9.5)pg.ml-1、(39.2±6.3)pg.ml-1和(39.4±6.3)pg.ml-1、(89.3±8.3)pg.ml-1、(34.5±9.5)pg.ml-1,治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清热祛湿通痹法能抑制IL-1、IL-6、IL-8的表达,较快改善急性痛风性关节炎的肿胀、疼痛症状,是治疗急性痛风性关节炎的有效方法。Objective:To get the message of the influence of method of QINGREQUSHITONGBI(QIFENGTANG and XIAOYANZHITONGGAO)to cell factors(IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8)of acute gouty arthritis,and approach it's therapeutic mechanism.Methods:Patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,group A(therapy group,73 cases,treated with method of QINGREQUSHITONGBI for one week)and group B(control group,31 cases,colchicina used for one week).Clinical symptoms and conditions of IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 in two groups were observed.The datas were made statistical analysis.Result:Ginically recovery rates of two groups were respectively 87.67% and 70.37%,there had statistical significance on discrepancy(P<0.05).In group A,volumes of IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 were respectively(41.3±6.1)pg.ml-1,(65.4±8.7)pg.ml-1,(38.1±5.7)pg.ml-1 and(17.6±8.5)pg.ml-1,(42.4±7.3)pg.ml-1,(21.5±8.6)pg.ml-1 pre-and post-treatment,there had statistical discrepancy(P<0.05).And in group B,the numbers above were respectively(42.7±5.7)pg.ml-1,(62.8±9.5)pg.ml-1,(39.2±6.3)pg.ml-1 and(39.4±6.3)pg.ml-1,(89.3±8.3)pg.ml-1,(34.5±9.5)pg.ml-1,there had no statistical discrepancy(P>0.05).Conclusion:Method of QINGREQUSHITONGBI had good effect on acute gouty arthritis for it's inhibiting the expression of IL-1,IL-6 and IL-8 and improving quickly swell and ache.
