健骨生丸治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床修复过程及影像学变化

摘　　要：目的:观察健骨生丸治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床修复过程及影像学变化。方法:对7716例符合股骨头缺血性坏死诊断的患者给予健骨生丸口服治疗,3个月为1个疗程,观察治疗前后髋关节疼痛、屈伸不利、步履艰难等临床症状改善情况及影像学变化。结果:健骨生丸可使患者的临床症状明显减轻,改善坏死股骨头的血液供应,促进新骨生成,恢复骨小梁的结构,骨坏死不再继续和发展,并使坏死骨修复。7716例股骨头坏死患者经治疗后,显效5625例(72.9%),有效1497例(19.4%),无效594例(7.7%),总有效率为92.3%。结论:健骨生丸可有效促进股骨头坏死的修复。Objective:To observe clinical reparative process and imageology changes of JIANGUSHENGWAN(JGSW,a TCM composition)on curing avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods:7716 cases of patients diagnosed with avascular necrosis of the femoral head were given with JGSW for oral medication,three months for a course,improving changes of such clinical symptoms as ache on articulation of hip,disadvan tage on flexion and extend,Gait difficulty and imageology changes were observed pre-and post-treament.Result:JGSW could ease obviously clinical symptoms of patients,improve blood supply of necrosis of the femoral head,promote new bone formation,recover structure of bone tra-becula,prevent the development of osteonecrosis and restore bone of necrosis.In 7716 cases,the excellence was 6534 cases(84.7%),the utili ty was 1020 cases(13.2%),the useless was 162 cases(2.1%),and total effective rate was 97.9%.Conclusion:JGSW could promote effec tively recovery of necrosis of the femoral head.
