摘　　要：在分析学生公寓功能与特点的基础上,提出了学生公寓BAS系统总体结构并说明了各种DDC控制器功能。以宿舍综合控制器为例,设计了以80C196KC单片机为核心的控制器的组成。包括单片机最小系统、检测信号接口电路、控制信号接口电路以及与楼机的485通信接口电路的设计。This paper makes an analysis of the functions and features of student flats, and then presents the general BAS framework, including the function of each direct digital controller. Taking the integrative controller of a dormitory for example ,each control unit is desiged by using the 80C196KC SCM as its core. It contains the least system of SCM, the interface circuits （ one for detecting signal, the other for controlling signal）and the design of the 485 communication interface circuit.
