摘 要:以正硅酸乙酯为原料、氨水为催化剂,采用微波水热法制备白色SiO2超微粉体材料。通过SEM、XRD、DTA、IR和成分测试等手段对二氧化硅样品进行了表征。结果表明SiO2粉体为白色非晶态球形粒子,粒度分布均匀,样品中含有羟基。在1100℃以下样品耐热性良好;在1100℃开始发生晶型转变,在1200℃时晶型转变完成。Ultrafine silica powder was prepared by microwave hydrothermal method using TEOS as raw material and ammonia as catalyzer. The SiO2 samples had been characterized by SEM, XRD, DTA, IR and components test. The results showed that uhrafine SiO2 powder was amorphous with regularly spheric shape and uniform granularity. There was much hydroxyl in SiO2 powder. The prepared SiO2 sample had stable thermal performance and the heat-resistant stability below 1100℃. At 1100℃, the amorphous SiO2 began to transform to crystal SiO2, and at 1200℃ the transformation of crystal had accomplished completely.
