摘  要:免维修流体输送装置因其不含运动部件具有的免维修特性,使其在如高温剧毒及放射性等特殊条件下的流体输送、取样和搅拌过程中具有特殊优势。简要介绍了该类装置的工程应用背景及种类,重点讨论了两种新型可逆流体转换泵和二极管泵装置的构成、技术特点、工作原理及国内外的研发与工业应用状况,指出了该技术在中国核工业等特种领域的巨大的发展应用前景。Maintenance-free fluid delivery devices with non-moving parts have special advantages in the processes of fluid transportation, sampling and mixing with conditions of high temperature, high radioactivity and high toxicity, for their maintenance-free properties. In this paper, the engineering application backgrounds and the types of such devices are introduced briefly. Then, the discussion in this article focuses on the compositions, technical features and working principles of these two new devices (reverse flow diverter pumps and diode pumps) as well as the research and industrial application status in home and abroad. At the end, it predicts the bright application prospect of the new technology in China's nuclear industry and other special areas.
