摘　　要：苯酐气体冷却器汽段出口工况恶劣,生产过程中多次出现爆管、泄漏等现象,严重威胁苯酐生产的长周期运行。从稳定生产的角度讲,很有必要对出口管道进行技术改进,针对某公司年产10 kt苯酐气体冷却器汽段出口管道从5个方面提出改进方案。The working condition of the outlet pipe in phthalic anhydride gas cooler is so harsh that several times of accidents, such as pipe explosion and gas leak, were occurred in production, which has greatly imperiled the lone term production of phthalic anhydride. From the view point of stable production, it is necessary to carry out the technical reform for the outlet pipe. The improvements from five respects for the outlet pipe in phthalic anhydride gas cooler with 10 kt/y were presented in this article.
