摘　　要：将意念与技巧性体育项目有机结合,从心理和生理角度分析运动员神经系统的调控能力,在放松与紧张的情绪中做到平衡地调配自己,主动地控制自身良好的运动状态,通过意念控制正常展示运动水平。Combining the idiodynamics with the acrobatic events, this article analyzed the adjusting and controlling ability of the athlete＇s nervous system which could keep the sentiment balance competition made well and sports load high.
