摘　　要：目的探讨急性胰腺炎后胰腺假性囊肿的治疗方法。方法对近5年来收治的急性胰腺炎后胰腺假性囊肿进行回顾性临床分析。结果26例患者中有5例囊肿自行消失;7例在B超引导下穿刺抽吸,1例复发改行内引流治疗痊愈;手术治疗15例,其中行外引流4例,内引流11例,均未复发,内引流有1例胰漏改行外引流。结论急性胰腺炎后胰腺假性囊肿的治疗应根据病人具体情况选择合适的方法,在囊肿形成早期应以观察或B超引导穿刺为主,对于囊肿无缩小趋势、症状明显或有并发症者应及时采取手术治疗。Aim To study the treatment of postpancreatitis pancreatic pseudocyst.Methods Twenty six inpatients with postpancreatitis pancreatic pseudocysts during the recent the 5 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results Five patients were treated conservatively;seven cases percutaneous aspiration guided by B ultrasound was performed;surgical external drainage procedures were performed in 4 cases and internal drainage were performed in 11 cases.All the patients were cured.Conclusion The treatment of postpancreatitis pancreatic pseudocyst should be performed according to individualized principle.Conservative management,percutaneous puncture drainage and external drainage were main methods in the early period,and internal drainage was the last option.
