摘　　要：目的观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrom e,OSAHS)对高血压病患者内皮功能的影响,并探讨其机理。方法选择体重指数超过24的70例高血压病住院患者,根据多导睡眠仪监测结果,分为单纯高血压病组、OSAHS合并高血压病组,同时检测血压水平、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、血清一氧化氮(NO)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果OSAHS合并高血压病患者ET-1、hs-CRP水平明显高于单纯高血压病组,而NO水平低于单纯高血压病组。结论OSAHS合并高血压患者血管内皮功能失调较单纯高血压病患者明显。OSAHS加重了高血压病患者血管内皮损伤,其对内皮的损害是独立于或先于高血压的发展而发生的。Aim To observe the effect of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） on endothelium function of hypertention（EH） patients,and explore the mechanism.Methods 70 EH patients in hospital were selected whose body mass indexes were more than 24.The patients were divided into either simple EH group or EH with OSAHS group,according to the examination of a polysomnograthy.Blood pressure,enelothelin 1（ET-1）、nitrogen monoxidum（NO） and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein chs-（RP） were detected among the pativents at the same time.Results Compared with the simple EH group,ET-1,hs-CRP were higher,but NO were lower in the EH with OSAHS group.Conclusions The endothelium dysfunction was more obvious in the EH with OSAHS group than in the simple EH group.OSAHS aggravates the endothelium damage of EH patients.The endothelium damage and dysfunction occurs independent of,or possibly prior to,the development of systemic hypertension.
