畸形性骨炎全身骨显像1例及文献复习

摘　　要：目的分析畸形性骨炎的影像表现。方法1例52岁妇女临床怀疑畸形性骨炎(Paget's disease)接受了qqmTC-MDP全身骨显像。而后,结合文献分析了其影像表现。结果qqmTC-MDP全身骨显像显示头颅与下颌骨呈普遍性、均匀性放射性浓聚,两侧肩胛骨、肋骨、骶髂关节下部也有散在的放射性增高区,脊柱表现为侧弯畸形。结论畸形性骨炎的主要影像特征是全身骨广泛弥漫性浓集放射性核素qqmTC-MDP,但确诊需结合临床血清检验。Objective To analyze the imaging findings of the osteitis deformans. Methods A 52-year-old woman with clinically suspected osteitis deformons （Paget＇s disease）underwent whole skeletal scintigraphy with ^99Tc-MDP.Then,its imaging findings were ana- lyzed together with review of the literature.Results The scintigraphy with ^99Tc-MDP shown that,the radionuclide was generally and homogeneously concentrated in skull and mandible.The scattered-increasing radioactive regions were found also in bilateral scapula,costal bone and inferior part of sacroiliac joint,while spine presented as lateral bending deformity. Conehtsion Main imaging feature of osteitis deformans is wide and diffusive concentration of the radionuclide in whole skeleton but the definite diagnosis needs combination with clinical serum tests.
