缬沙坦联合贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨缬沙坦联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将78例合并早期糖尿病肾病的2型糖尿病患者随机分为3组,每组各26例。缬沙坦组应用缬沙坦80mg/d,贝那普利组应用贝那普利10mg/d,联合用药组应用贝那普利10mg/d+缬沙坦80mg/d。观察各组治疗前后24h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、平均动脉压(MAP)、肾功能等指标的变化。结果:治疗16周患者尿蛋白均有不同程度下降,联合组尿蛋白下降程度明显优于单一用药组,差异有显著性意义(P﹤0.05),无严重不良反应发生。结论:缬沙坦联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病可有效降低血压,明显降低尿蛋白,防止DN的进展,提高患者生存状况。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of valsartan combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods：78 cases with type 2 diabetes along with early nephropathy were randomly divided into 3 groups,which one was treated with valsartan 80 mg daily,another was treated with benazapril 10 mg daily,and the combined therapy group was treated with valsartan and benazapril.At the beginning and the end of treatment,the urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER） in 24 hours,the mean arterial blood pressure（MAP）,and renal function were measured. Results：After 16 weeks treatment,the level of UAER decreased in all groups.More significant in combined group compared with the other two groups with single drug. No severe adverse reaction occured. Conclusion：Combination of valsartan and benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can decreaseblood pressure availably, significantly decrease urinary protein,then prevent the development of DN,and improve the survival situation of DN patients.
