摘　　要：目的对北京市顺义区的医务人员开展控烟健康教育,评价健康教育效果。方法按照系统抽样的原则确定各医院的被调查对象,干预前后用无记名问卷进行两次抽样调查。采用Epidata3.02数据库录入、SPSS11.5进行统计学分析。结果通过控烟健康教育干预,医务人员的吸烟状况、认知态度、控烟理念、控烟能力均存在一定改善。结论健康教育能提高医务人员的控烟知识水平和控烟能力,因此,对医务人员实施控烟干预对做好全社会控烟工作有非常重要的推动作用。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of health education on smoking control among health-care workers in Shunyi District, Beijing.Methods Three hundred and thirty-one health-care workers were recruited from hospitals in Shunyi District, Beijing by systematic sampling. Baseline information was collected with anonymous questionnaire survey from all the participants, then health education on smoking control was applied for all of them, and another questionnaire survey was conducted after the intervention. Data were put into a dataset by Epi-Data 3.02 software and analyzed by SPSS 11.5 software.Results Status of smoking, awareness of, attitude to, idea and ability of smoking control improved to a certain extent in the health-care workers after health education intervention.Conclusions Health education could help health-care workers improve their knowledge and ability in smoking control, which played a very important role in promotion of smoking control in the society as a whole.
