摘　　要：基于通信业务能力的提供和多种IT业务整合的需要，该文依据智能客户端（Smart Client）技术设计思想，设计了企业业务统一管理平台。实际应用表明，该平台实用、高效，能根据客户的需求任意组合不同的软终端产品，具有广阔的应用前景。Based on the ability of the communications business and provide a variety of IT business integration needs, the paper based on smart client （Smart Client） technology design, design a unified management platform for businesses. Practical applications show that the platform for practical, efficient and based on customer needs any combination of different soft-end products, has broad prospects.
