迷路下手术入路的应用解剖研究

摘　　要：对１９例３８侧国人头颅和６例颞骨进行解剖观察和测量。所测数据为临床内淋巴囊减压术和迷路下前庭神经切断术提供了乳突部内耳各结构之间的关系和数据。并依据数据提出术中应注意乙状窦和颈静脉球的变异。Nineteen Chinese skulls with 38 temporal bones and 6 seperate temporal bones were observed and measured, the data of which provided the relationship among the structures of inner ear and mastoid for decompression of endolymphatic sac and neurotomy of infralabyrinthine vestibular nerve in clinical practice. It also suggested that attention should be paid to the variation of sigmoid sinus and jugular fossa during operation. 
