摘　　要：应用"e药通"用药指南软件系统审查门诊患者用药医嘱,评估临床用药水平,为临床合理用药提供参考。抽取2007年一个月门诊处方,利用"e药通"软件进行用药合理性监测。这次调查监测患者203人,平均用药11.9种,共有37人所用药物存在不良相互作用。这次调查门诊患者的用药情况基本正常,但仍存在不足。To analyze the drug utilization of outpatients and estimate the level of rational drug-use in order to provide reference for clinic drug utilization, eireatrigintan outpatient prescriptions in 2007 were randomly selected. And then ＂e Yao-Tong＂ was used to monitor and analyze them. The results showed that 203 eases with an average of 11.9 kinds of drugs are reviewed, totally including 37 eases of adverse drug-interaction. The drug utilization of senile outpatients in this investigation is comparatively rational,but it is not enough yet.
