摘　　要：经过反复的工艺试验及一年多批量生产验证,成功地将熔融石英应用于精铸用低温蜡—硅溶胶型壳生产中。不仅降低了成本而且较大程度改善了型壳的脱壳性能,提高了后处理的生产效率,取得了较好的经济效益。By repeating technological tests and batch production tests for over a year, the fused silica was successfully used in the production of silica sol shell for low temperature wax precision casting. Its application not only reduces the cost but also greatly improves the ability of shelling, increases the production efficiency of the after treatment, and gains better economic benefits.
