铝美加对大鼠胃溃疡的影响

摘　　要：铝美加ｐｏ１２５，５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ对大鼠乙酸烧灼型溃疡模型具有显著的治疗作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）；铝美加ｐｏ３１．３，１２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ对大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡模型及ｐｏ４３．８，１７５，７００ｍｇ／ｋｇ对小鼠利血平胃溃疡模型具有明显的预防作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Almagate(po, 125, 500 mg/kg) has significant therapeutic action on the acetic acid induced gastric ulcer model in rats and has evident therapeutic and protective action on the pyloric ligation induced gastric ulcer model in rats (po 31 3, 125 mg/kg) and reserpine induced gastric ulcer model in mice (po 43 8, 175, 700 mg/kg)
