60岁以上老年人血清性激素水平、血脂分析与冠心病关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的:为了探讨60岁以上老年人血清性激素、血脂分析与冠心病的关系。方法:生化法和化学发光免疫分析检测了75例冠心病和88例正常对照组中血清胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglycerides,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipo-protein cholesterol,HDL-C)和性激素(sex hormones,estrodial,E2;testosterone,T)水平。结果:75例冠心病患者较之88例正常对照组血清TC、TG、LDL-C显著增高,而HDL-C明显降低;而30例女性冠心病患者较之36例女性正常对照组血清E2明显降低,45例男性冠心病患者较之52例男性正常对照组血清T明显降低。结论:60岁以上老年人血清性激素水平、血脂分析与冠心病存在着明显的相关关系。如及早治疗,可以明显改善老年人生活质量。Objective To study the serum sex hormones levels and lipid profile in over 60 years old with atherosclertic coronary heart disease. Methods The levels of serum TC, TG, LDL - C, HDL - C （ with biochemistry）, E2 and T （ with CLIA） were determined in 75 patients with coronary heart disease （ all over 60 years old） and 88 controls. Results Serum TC, TG, LDL - C, levels in the patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in controls （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, but HDL - C, E2 and T levels were significantly lower （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Lowering of serum sex hormones levels and changes lipid profile readings were significant in older patients （ over 60 years） with coronary heart disease.
